Orcas and Sailboats Workshop


On May 20, CEMMA together with CEIDA organized the workshop "Orcas, training for education professionals" at the Castle of Santa Cruz in Oleiros. The objective was to make known the ecobiology of the Iberian killer whales, the interactions with the boats and the materials and activities proposed in the line of their conservation.


On June 16, another new workshop "Interaction of orcas and sailboats: navigation and safety" will take place, which will last 4 hours. The scheduled hours will be:

12.50 - 13.10 Projection of videos of interactions (Mónica González)

13.10 -14.00 General discussion and suggestions
