Auteur de BD qui se forme à mi-chemin entre l'architecture et l'auto-édition. Après avoir réalisé des travaux de commande pour des éditeurs tels que Marvel ou DC, il se tourne vers des œuvres de plus en plus personnelles à partir de 2014 sous l'empreinte Image Comics.
Ses livres les plus caractéristiques sont : I.D. comme auteur complet, les deux volumes de Mirror: El reflejo de la montaña et El nido avec l'auteur malaisien Hwei Lim et les trois volumes de Bella Muerte avec l'écrivain Kelly Sue DeConnick, tous publiés en Espagne par Editorial Astiberri. Elle a également co-édité le magazine Island et effectué divers travaux d'illustratrice pour des clients de renom tels que SIE ou Prada. Il a reçu plusieurs nominations et récompenses, dont le prix Eisner du meilleur artiste de couverture en 2020.
Actuellement incluse dans le projet FriendSHIP orcas, elle dessine une série d'images liées aux orques pour le projet, qui vise la conservation et la gestion de la sous-population d'orques ibériques en danger d'extinction.
