Présentation des nouveaux matériaux à La Corogne

Mardi 7 mai dernier, la présentation des nouveaux matériels développés dans le cadre du projet Friendship orcas, financé par la Fondation Santander, a eu lieu à la Bibliothèque Durán Loriga, La Corogne. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir Emma Ríos, Manel Cráneo et Tokio ce jour-là.
Emma Ríos, connue dans le monde entier comme illustratrice pour Marvel et DC, a créé plusieurs aquarelles sur les orques, représentant l'harmonie entre les médias et le reflet des orques dans le miroir humain. <<Les orques ne sont pas le miroir de notre humanité>>.
Alfredo López, connu dans le monde de l'illustration sous le nom de Tokio, a présenté le livre Salseiro, qui traite de la biologie et des interactions des orques, proposant une petite bande dessinée explicative ainsi que quelques informations liées au projet. <<Si je pouvais être à côté d'un cétacé, j'aimerais être à côté de l'orque>>. Le salseiro comprend plusieurs illustrations de différents artistes, tels que Sara Bermúdez, Víctor Tizón, Manel Cráneo, Emma Ríos et Cristina Otero.
Manel Cráneo, auteur, illustrateur et responsable de DEMO Editorial, a présenté son livre Environmental Detective: The Case of the Orcas, un livre d'activités pour enfants qui cherche à déchiffrer la raison pour laquelle les orques interagissent avec les voiliers, avec l'aide de l'agent Carmela Orzán et de son chat Cristi. << Ce ne sont pas des baleines, ni des tueurs, ils remplissent simplement leur fonction sur la planète que nous partageons. Appelons-les par leur nom. Respectons les orques>>.
