El 3 de marzo de 2023 tuvo lugar en Lisboa el taller "Interacción con orcas", organizado por la ICNF, la Marina portuguesa y la Autoridad Marítima Nacional, con la colaboración de la Asociación Naval de Lisboa y la Asociación Nacional de Cruceros.
En esta actividad participó por el GTOA Ruth Esteban hablando sobre la biología de las orcas y Alfredo López hablando sobre el resumen de interacciones desde el 2020.
La presencia de representantes de la marina, entidad responsable del salvamento marítimo en Portugal, la administración medioambiental, navegantes y responsables de proyectos acústicos y de avistamiento de empresas y universidades completaron una jornada de gran interés, donde, por primera vez, todos los los agentes se juntaron involucrándolos en las interacciones.

Great interview, but if I'm being honest felt more like 'why I'm still a Calvinist' than 'Christian'. I respect that Kristen's faith tradition is important to her, and she can obviously share to the level she feels comfortable with and no more, but this was a very intellectual conversation.
