Autora de banda desenhada que se situa a meio caminho entre a arquitetura e a autopublicação. Depois de fazer trabalhos comissionados para editoras como Marvel ou DC, ele se volta para trabalhos cada vez mais pessoais a partir de 2014 sob o selo Image Comics.
Seus livros mais característicos são: I.D. como autor completo, os dois volumes de Mirror: El reflejo de la montaña e El nido com o autor malaio Hwei Lim e os três volumes de Bella Muerte com a escritora Kelly Sue DeConnick, todos publicados na Espanha pela Editorial Astiberri. Ela também co-editou a revista Island e fez vários trabalhos de ilustrador para clientes de renome, como SIE ou Prada. Ele recebeu várias indicações e prêmios, incluindo o Prêmio Eisner de Melhor Artista de Capa em 2020.
Atualmente incluída no projeto FriendSHIP orcas, está a desenhar uma série de imagens relacionadas com orcas para o projeto, que visa a conservação e gestão da subpopulação de orcas ibéricas em perigo de extinção.
